Bret's Bio

Bret Godfrey.

Pianist Bret Godfrey grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, where his talent at baseball caught the eye of an OSU recruiter. He graduated from OSU with a degree in music . Still an avid baseball fan, he has taught music for the Corvallis School District since 1977 and has conducted the CHS vocal music program since 1983. He has been the pianist for the Gladstone band since 1992.

Bret, his wife Diana and their sons Mickey and Kipp share a love of music, the outdoors, and sports. Whenever possible, Bret can be found fishing on the Metolius River.
